General Return and Exchange Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.chiq.lk (“Website”) and your purchase of goods or services from CHiQ / Energywise (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If a product is faulty or does not match specifications, you may return it within a specified period (for example, within 7 days of delivery), subject to proof.

If you simply change your mind, returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to restocking/handling fees.

No refund or cancellation will be allowed after the product is installed (if applicable) or after use has commenced, unless the goods are defective.

Any refunds will be made via the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping/installation charges are generally non-refundable (unless the fault is ours).

2. Warranty

Products are subject to manufacturer warranty (as per CHiQ/Changhong) for a specified period (e.g. 1 year parts and service), details provided with each product.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, external causes (lightning, water damage, etc.), modifications, or failure to follow instructions.
3. Receipts / Transaction Records for Validation
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a transaction receipt which will include the following.
You should present the following details for the products and purchase verification.:
- Original Invoice Issued. (Printed or online receipt.)
